Free Consultation
All clients can receive a complimentary consultation from our Travel Designer. Getting to know the client on a personal note is our first step. The consultation will consist of a one-on-one conversation via phone or video. This consultation is so our Travel Designer can understand and provide the best experience possible for our future client. If the client is satisfied with the consultation our Travel Designer will start the Trip Planning process (fee applicable) and create the best options for your travel needs.
Please note that all cancellations or no call/shows will incur a $5.00 penalty.
Trip Planning
After rendering payment your Travel Designer will begin the Trip Planning quote process. Trip Planning Fees start at $10 and go up based on the amount of people and type of service requesting. Planning normally takes 2-5 days based on the client’s needs. Keep in mind in some cases it can take longer.
Trip Planning includes accommodations (hotel, resort or Airbnb/Vrbo), flights and travel insurance if requested. (All Airbnb/Vrbo options will be sent via text or email and the client must purchase whatever option they choose under their own personal Airbnb or Vrbo account). Our Travel Designer will be more than happy to assist any client who needs help booking Airbnb/Vrbo through their personal account so don’t hesitate to ask for assistance. Also, tours/excursions can be requested for additional price if needed. Please be mindful that 3-4 accommodations and flight options can be included. After which the client can pick which options work best for them. Again, keep in mind that prices are subjected to change without any notice unless a deposit and/or full amount is paid.
Before booking your Travel Designer will ask several questions to make sure you have received the best package and experience possible.
Once all questions are answered and the client is 100% satisfied with the quote our Travel Designer can secure it with their payment.
Clients who book 200 days or more in advance receive better payment plan options and most times get better pricing.

Activities Planning
Traveling soon? Already booked your vacation in another manner? That’s ok, 360 Horizon Travels can still help. Our Travel Designers can help you find and book ideas along the way (if taking a road trip) and when you get to your destination.
The cost for Activity Planning is $25 per day. That can include one activity or as many activities you can fit into a 24 hour period. Pick what you are interested in from our list of activities or simply tell us what you are interested in doing and we will find what fits your needs.
Keep in mind that the $25 Activities Planning Fee does not include the cost of the activity. Our Travel Designer will present all activities found and the prices. Once the client agrees on the activity/activities it can be secured with a payment. Keep in mind activity availability and prices are subject to change until reserved.
Activities planning can take 3 days or more to complete depending on the amount of days and activities you are interested in.
